Local tax: For persons aged 14 and over, the local tax of EURO 2.10 per person per night will be charged. This charge is not included in the total price of your stay and will be paid on site.

Deposit: After booking, we ask you to transfer the deposit (booking security) to our account within 7 days of the booking amount of 30 % of the booking amount per room/apartment. Your reservation is only binding upon receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation.

Cancellation conditions: In case of cancellation within 30 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be retained by us.

Check-in/check-out: On the day of arrival, the rooms and apartments are at your disposal from 14:00. On the day of departure we ask you to free the apartment by 10:00 at the latest. In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked holiday period will be invoiced in full.

Pets : Please understand that pets are not allowed.

Holiday pass

The Holidaypass entitles you to the free use of all public mobility: Regular buses, ski buses, regional routes and some lifts (Meransen-Meransen, Bolzano-Ritten). It also includes a colourful weekly program and discounts for numerous services.

Cable cars included

Our guests are allowed to use the Speikboden and Klausberg cable cars unlimited and free of charge in May and June.
